Shipping Policy

Products are shipped with Wing Courier services within the UAE and for international orders. UAE shipments will take 1-7 days depending on the availability of the item and may change according to local holidays. International Shipments needs somewhere between 7-40 days to arrive depending on international holidays happening and availability of the item.

Users should receive items in perfect condition and any default happening from Al Aswad would be refunded as store credit. This happens in the following cases only :
1) Wrong product sent by merchant
2) The product id defective
3) The product was damaged in shipping
