1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) relates to Al Aswad’s website located at www.alaswad.shop, (the “Website”) and all associated redirection addresses.
2. Al Aswad is committed to protecting users’ privacy and the Policy sets out what information we collect, how we collect it and what we do with it.

Users may access and use aspects of the Website without the need to provide personal information; however, some features may not be available without personal information being provided, for example ordering products online, entering competitions or registering for promotional offers. Al Aswad and its authorised partners may also collect anonymous information about users’ use of the Website from cookies and/or pixel tags. This collected information is used for statistical analysis within Al Aswad’s business. However Al Aswad’s use of cookies and/or pixel tags is in accordance with the Law. 14. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Method of payments/card types accepted and currency :

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED ( or any other agreed currency ) . The Logos of accepted cards are mentioned on the homepage and payment checkout page.
Option go Cash on Delivery is also available for orders within the borders of UAE only.
